SHIPPING

As soon as your order is confirmed we start to process its shipping the next business day, providing fast shipping with tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, mostly ranging between 5-14EUR. Orders usually arrive within two business days in Portugal or within a week in Europe. Please ensure you enter your full address, phone number and e-mail at checkout. We are currently using INPOST and CTT Portugal, although exceptions may happen depending on the country being shipped to or a customer's request. As these carriers operate best in Europe, we are only shipping within this territorry. If you're outside Europe and wish to purchase something from STYX please contact us at styxservice@gmail.com. Once an order is shipped, STYX is not responsible for any delay or damage while in transit.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us before your order gets dispatched. If the order is already shipped, we can’t cancel it. 

RETURNS

We encourage you to carefully review product photos, descriptions and condition ratings before making a purchase. Please bear in mind that you're buying a second-hand item and most items have been previously worn so they might present traces of their past. Bear in mind color discrepancies might happen and are related to light conditions, camera being used or the screen your are viewing through. Always allow some discrepancy regarding the measurements provided as these depend on the piece (being very stretchy or not at all, the piece having unconventional seams, etc). If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please feel free to contact us for assistance prior to completing your order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in order for us to investigate upon the carrier, or if you have received the wrong item. If you see any flaw not mentioned on the listing please e-mail us mentioning your order number and details with the subject "Return #(order number)".  In the description, please mention what item(s) you would like to return and why. We accept returns within the European Union, initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt of purchase. Please note, we do not allow returns outside the European Union, except when an item is proven not authentic.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of your product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at styxservice@gmail.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please also note that you will be responsible for arranging a return and for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. International clients must ensure the customs declaration is filled in as a return.
